What commercial services do you offer?

Service before new construction and remodel wiring, panel replacements, dedicated circuits, grounding and bonding repairs, lighting/LED retrofits, HID repairs, GFCI/AFCI protection, isolated-ground (IG) receptacles and power poles, exit & emergency lighting, and standby generator installation.

Do you provide residential service too?

Yes - we’re licensed for residential and commercial work.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. We’re fully insured and licensed in Texas (Electrical Contractor License #20631). Documentation available upon request.

Do you handle permits and inspections?

Yes. We obtain required permits and coordinate inspections with the AHJ to ensure NEC and local code compliance.

How do estimates work?

Can you work after hours to avoid downtime?

Do you install or service backup generators?

Yes. We install standby generators for commercial and residential applications and coordinate with other trades and permitting.

What’s the difference between GFCI and AFCI protection?

GFCI protects people from shock by monitoring ground faults; AFCI helps prevent fires by detecting arc faults. Many residential spaces require both in specific locations per code.

What are isolated-ground (IG) receptacles and power poles?

IG receptacles reduce electrical noise for sensitive equipment; power poles bring power/data from the ceiling to open floorplans.

Can you help lower our energy costs?

Yes. We audit lighting loads, recommend LED retrofits and controls, and identify opportunities to improve.

Do you work as a subcontractor?

Yes. We can provide W-9, COI, and references and follow GC site safety and schedule requirements.

What documents do you provide at close-out?

As-built updates (when scoped), equipment cut sheets, warranty info, and inspection sign-offs when requested.

What warranties do you offer?

Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment; one year warranty on workmanship.

What should we do before your crew arrives?

Ensure clear access to panels and work areas, notify staff of brief outages, and identify a decision-maker for field changes.

How fast can you start?

Small service calls are often scheduled same day; larger projects follow the approved timeline after permits and materials.

What payment options are available?

We accept cash, check or credit card payment.

Can you help with exit and emergency lighting compliance?

Yes. We install/replace fixtures and batteries, label circuits, and test to meet code and life-safety requirements.
